MALLENX Return & Refund Policy
At MALLENX, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, we offer a straightforward return process in line with UK consumer law.
1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. Once you have notified us of your intent to return, you have a further 14 days to send the items back to us.
2. Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Hygiene Exception: For health and hygiene reasons, items such as nursing bras and breast pads cannot be returned once the hygiene seal is broken or the item has been worn, unless faulty.
• Baby Clothing: Must be unwashed and unworn.
3. How to Start a Return

4. Return Shipping Costs
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days, you have a statutory right to a full refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us immediately with photos of the fault.
