• How do I choose the right nursing bra size?
We recommend measuring yourself around week 36 of pregnancy. Our bras are designed with ultra-stretch fabric and extra hook-and-eye closures to adapt as your body changes.
• Are your baby products safety-certified?
Yes. All our newborn essentials, including bodysuits and travel sets, meet or exceed UK safety standards (such as BS EN certifications).
• How should I wash my MALLENX items?
To maintain the "buttery-soft" feel, we recommend washing our organic cotton and seamless items on a cool, gentle cycle and air-drying where possible.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
• Can I return a nursing bra if it doesn't fit?
For hygiene reasons, nursing bras can only be returned if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• What if my item is faulty?
We take great pride in our quality. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act.
